Her favorite part of teaching is the connections and friendships that are made. Ma'am contributes to making our training space have a family feeling where everyone is welcome and encouraged. Stephen has been an avid martial artist since childhood, if playing with sticks and beating up imaginary bad guys is included. Since 2018, he’s taken his training more seriously, training at Kim’s Taekwondo, learning Muay Thai with GMAU, and most recently took an interest in weapons training through Ultimate Bo. Before his martial arts career, Stephen traveled across the country singing with Saskatchewan Express and HOJA. Nowadays, he gets his stage fix with the Local group Moose jaw community players.
During his time at home Stephen likes to goof around with his kids, consume everything that exists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, work on building projects around the house, and most importantly: play Dungeons and Dragons. To Stephen, the most important part of martial arts is the fun and co operative atmosphere that he gets when training with friends and family.

Question: What are Kickboxing classes like?
Answer: Our Kickboxing program places high focus on quality instruction, cardio development, and a fun, supportive training environment.
Question: Is there contact sparring?
Answer: No, this is a class that teaches skill based technique that will have you leaving class feeling supercharged. Skill development is used by contact training with the use of heavy bags, kicking paddles and kicking shields.
Question: Do I need any Martial Arts experience?
Answer: No, technique and exercise movement are taught from beginner to advanced level
Question: How old should I be to take this class?
Answer: Kickboxing is for ages 12+
